Ordering from Antonia Ross Jewellery can be done on line using PayPal. Please read PayPal's Terms and Conditions. You must pay for your order before it is delivered. All goods remain the property of Antonia Ross Jewellery until full and final payment has been received.
For Delivery within the UK I charge £3.50 for postage and packing per order. Your order will be sent by ‘Royal Mail Recorded Signed For Delivery’ service. International Delivery costs £6 per order and £1 for each additional item, and the parcel will be sent ‘International Signed For’. Each item is made to order and I expect, but cannot guarantee, to be able to dispatch your selection within 3 weeks from the time of acknowledgement of your order. Your jewellery will be sent to you carefully wrapped and securely packaged.
Prices of items of jewellery are shown on my product pages and are correct at time of publication and inclusive of VAT. Should I have to change any price I will contact you and ask you if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. All prices are stated in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP). On orders outside the EU, import duties and taxes are to be paid by the purchaser.
If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact me and I will give you the tracking number to enable you to contact the Royal Mail. I cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of dispatch (30 days for international items) - this is when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost. International delivery - when items are sent to another country, your parcel is often handled by more than one postal service. Unfortunately that means delivery problems are more likely. When I send a parcel abroad, the actual delivery of the item will be the responsibility of the postal service in the country the items are going to. Delays can often be caused by customs checks, which can sometimes take up to 1-2 weeks.
Items not received but tracked as being delivered - this frequently happens when items are delivered to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it. In these cases for a small charge, you can request a proof of delivery certificate from the Royal Mail (www.royalmail.com) by filling in a signature request form. Please note that I do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, I always recommend that you get items delivered to your home address. Antonia Ross Jewellery cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.
My jewellery is handmade specially to your requirements, so I am unable to offer refunds for pieces commissioned unless the item is faulty. Please contact me within 7 days of receipt to arrange the return of the item or items. They must be sent back in their original, unworn condition. I will then do an exchange. For hygiene reasons, I am not able to accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty. When ordering rings, it is the customers' responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size. A ring ordered in the incorrect size can be re-sized, but this will be subject to a charge.
If you should receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify me within seven days. To arrange a return, or if the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your name and address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement. I will then advise on how to proceed with the return. The item is your responsibility until it reaches me. For your own protection, I recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. I cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
If you are returning an item to me for a refund or an exchange, the cost of returning the item to me is your responsibility. Your postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or is faulty (providing I am notified of faults within 7 days of receipt).
All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and be in an unworn condition. I will not exchange goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of abuse. In this instance, the goods will be returned to the buyer at their own cost. In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method that you paid within 28 days of receipt of the return.

The customer specifically acknowledges the service is not liable for the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other customers or third-parties and that the risk of injury from the foregoing rests entirely with customer.
Antonia Ross Jewellery shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of use of the service or inability to gain access to or use the service or out of any breach of any warranty. The customer hereby acknowledges that the provisions of this section shall apply to all content on the service. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and the customer and Antonia Ross Jewellery shall submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. These terms and conditions do not affect the customer's statutory rights.
